We are closely partnered with a forward-thinking insurer who specialise in Motor Insurance. They have cutting edge systems, a fantastic work culture and defined development plans within each department where you can truly progress in your career.
The role as a Third Party Claims Handler- Speaking to third party referrals passed over from the internal claims team, who will obtain their information.
- You will offer a full claims service to the relevant third party, remaining empathetic and calm in offering them repairs and a replacement vehicle.
- Managing the hire period and costs of repairs, aiming to keep the cycle to a minimum to avoid unnecessary delays to the customer and additional costs to the claim.
- £24,000 salary with annual bonus
- Parking space
- Hybrid working after sign off (4 days remote)
- 8am - 4pm, 9am
- 5pm and 10am
- 6pm shifts (Monday
- Friday)
