We are closely partnered with a forward-thinking insurer who specialise in Motor Insurance. They have cutting edge systems, a fantastic work culture and defined development plans within each department where you can truly progress in your career.

• Speaking to third party referrals passed over from the internal claims team, who will obtain their information.
• You will offer a full claims service to the relevant third party, remaining empathetic and calm in offering them repairs and a replacement vehicle.
• Managing the hire period and costs of repairs, aiming to keep the cycle to a minimum to avoid unnecessary delays to the customer and additional costs to the claim.

• £24,000 salary with annual bonus
• Parking space
• Hybrid working after sign off (4 days remote)
• 8am - 4pm, 9am
• 5pm and 10am
• 6pm shifts (Monday
• Friday)
