Senior Project Manager - Peterborough | North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust
- Lead and support the implementation and delivery of large,complexand wide-ranging projects within the Trust’sdigitalprogramme
- Working as part of the project team, the post holder will provide leadership and projectexpertiseto Clinical and Corporate Directorates alike tofacilitatethe development,deliveryand robust monitoring of all aspects of the programme/ project plans within the portfolio,maintainingprogramme/ project documentation according to agreed processes
- Line management of Project Managers and Project Support staff.
This role will be instrumental in completing the full project life-cycle. All phases of the project will need to be completed
The post holder will be working withinthe ITproject team andwith multiple internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will support the Trust to embed new processes and best practice through the implementation ofnew,replacement and upgraded clinical and administrative systems.
The key focus for this post will be theday to daymanagement and delivery of a portfolio of projects through transformational change, ensuring delivery is within specifictimeframesand budget to provide successfulbenefits andoutcomes. Additionallythe management, guidance and mentoring of line managed staff.
The post holder will havesignificant experienceof implementing a wide variety of projects to formalmethodologywithin an acute NHSsetting, andwill be able to work seamlessly across organisational boundaries with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects to a defined outcome.
