Registered General Nurse
Location: Marske Hall Redcar Rd, Marske-by-the-Sea TS11 6AA
Rate Of Pay: £20 per hour
Shift Patterns: 33 hours shift pattern
Information about the Role:
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long term service users.
- Behave professionally and discreetly at all times and in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.?
- Be competent and confident in managing people with long term health conditions.?
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions/treatments for service users??with complex needs.?
- Proactively identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for service users (as appropriate).?
- Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately to assist service users in complex,??
- urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care.?
- Recognise and work within own competence level?
- Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of service user interaction and consultation, consistent with legislation, policies and procedures.?
- Support, manage and guide support workers on a daily basis.?
- Continual personal development to develop oneself and the role.?
Necessary Experience or Qualifications:
Someone who has a real passion for caring and helping people.- Hold a valid NMC Pin
- Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
- Have the right to the work in the UK

Marske Hall, a 17th century Manor House stands proudly in the beautiful village of Marske-By-The-Sea, Redcar. Close to the local promenade and beaches and with extensive gardens Marske Hall has been purposely adapted to ensure the people we support can live and active and full life. With 30 bedrooms across 2 floors Markse Hall has retained many of the original features of the Manor house. With support from our dedicated staff people can enjoy this wonderful building and our gardens with BBQ area as well as enjoying activities out in the wider community.
