We are seeking motivated, qualified Fee Earners to join us on a self-employed or profit-sharing basis, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own caseload in one or more of the following areas:
• Family Law
• Immigration Law
• Commercial Property
• Civil Litigation
• Insurance Law
• - Offer expert legal advice and representation to clients
• Work autonomously while ensuring full compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Collaborate on firm-assigned matters where applicable, benefiting from a profit-sharing structure

Role Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience (preferred)
• A solid track record of independently managing a range of legal cases
• Ability to bring in your own caseload, or willingness to work on existing files
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and well-organized
