- Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General - Adults-focused)
- Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused)
- Physiotherapists (Adult-focused)
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience.
- Registration: At least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC. With 1 full years current work experience in the clinical field.
- Skills: Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills are essential.
As a Hybrid Functional Assessor, you will:
- Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants’ health conditions in person and remotely.
- Review Evidence: Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
- Compile Reports: Create detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Example Tasks:
- Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
- Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
- Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
Successful candidates will undergo a 5-week comprehensive training program, covering:
- Assessment Techniques: Best practices for accurate evaluations.
- DWP Guidelines: Learn the requirements of the Department for Work and Pensions.
- Report Writing: Build skills for detailed and objective reporting.
