As a smaller firm, Intriva offers interns the opportunity to gain significant exposure to all aspects of the private equity investment process and work closely with experienced professionals.
The internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic private equity firm. The intern will be an integral part of the investment life cycle, contributing to deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and portfolio monitoring.This role is suited to highly motivated individuals with a strong analytical mindset, a keen interest in business and finance, and the drive to contribute to a growing investment firm.
Responsibilities
As a Private Equity Intern at Intriva Capital, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting deal sourcing efforts, including market research and the initial evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
- Contributing to the due diligence process, including the coordination of information requests and analysis of findings.
- Preparing presentations and memos summarising key findings and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the monitoring and modelling of existing portfolio companies, including strategic and financial analysis for key decisions.
- Assist with project management or administrative tasks as required
Requirements
We are seeking highly talented and driven individuals who demonstrate the following qualities:
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading university. A degree in a numerical or business-related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting).
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage deadlines effectively.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Demonstrate ambition, accountability, openness, curiosity, and a dynamic approach.
- Fluency in English
