Salary: Based on experience from MPS1 - UPS3

The school is based close to central Birmingham so is easily accessible from the city and also from the surrounding areas. The role is a long term position, that would be ongoing likely for the full academic year,
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Develop creative and effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents.
- Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher with QTS, however we are able to consider unqualified teachers with rlevant experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
- Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4; experience with KS5 is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ academic and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
