Consignment Analyst - Peterborough

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Consignment Analyst to join the Procurement team in Alconbury. If you have strong administrative and Excel skills, thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment, and want to play a key role in consignment and supplier payment processes – we’d love to hear from you!

• Key Responsibilities
• Ensure consistent adherence to company values, with a strong focus on Health, Safety, Business Integrity, and Ethics
• Maintain melon and grape intake trackers, close consignments internally (including clearance costs and duties), and manage returns to suppliers
• Liaise with buying managers for invoice authorisation and with the finance team to ensure prompt supplier payments
• Update fruit pricing in the system upon arrival
• Track and maintain Procurement KPIs to improve consignment visibility and profitability

Essential:

• Excellent administration skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Confident working with numbers
• Solid Excel proficiency

Desirable:

• Experience using ERP systems (ideally Microsoft D365)
• Background in FMCG or food industry sectors
