Reprographics and Administration Assistant (Non-Teaching)
Nicholas Chamberlaine School is seeking a flexible, resilient, and proactive Reprographics and Administration Assistant to join our busy School Administration team.
In this varied role, you’ll ensure our teachers and students have access to high-quality printed resources, support our exam processes, and provide essential administrative help across the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed digital printers and finishing equipment (binding, laminating, etc.)
- Respond efficiently to last-minute and high-priority print requests
- Securely handle confidential exam materials
- Support teachers using digital portals for print submissions
- Monitor and order supplies to keep the print room running smoothly
- Provide general administrative support, including reception cover, Finance support
What We’re Looking For:
- GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in Maths and English
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role or school setting
- Calm and adaptable under pressure, with a positive, customer-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft office and Google software as well as multi-function printers
- (Desirable) Experience in an educational environment or with print management software
Physical requirements: You’ll need to be comfortable lifting boxes (up to 40 lbs) and being on your feet in a busy, energetic environment.
