We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Patient Access Team. We have vacancies at both The Royal Shrewsbury and The Princess Royal, Hospital sites for Reception staff.

The successful candidates will have good customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a bigger team.

Main duties of the job

PAC Support Services Team provide support for the majority of outpatient clinics at both The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital (RSH) and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford (PRH) sites. This role will involve meeting and greeting patients at the time of attendance and ensuring that they are booked into a clinic upon arrival, ensuring notes are ready for the clinical staff.

The attendance will also need to be completed using the Trust’s Patient Administration System.
