We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher for a specialist SEND school in Northwich committed to providing high-quality education and support to children with severe and complex learning needs for a KS3 classroom.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored education plans that support each child's development in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons to KS3 students with severe and complex learning difficulties.Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of the students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting students' social and emotional growth.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants and support staff.
Engage in regular communication with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress.
Contribute to the school's ethos of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a SEND Teacher who is:- Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential

- Previous experience working within a educational setting

- QTS or equivalent
