Paralegal - Agriculture / Real Estate
Our Private Real Estate Team is one of the largest groups of private real estate lawyers in the UK, representing (amongst others) some of the country's biggest private landowners. With over 200 years' experience, we build long term relationships with our clients - based on trust and a deep understanding of countryside issues.

Led by Partner Simon Kirkup, our growing team has an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join us in Newcastle. This is a genuine chance to join a highly motivated and supportive team with a wealth of relevant experience.
What will you be doing?
If you're looking for a new role as a Paralegal, this job will offer you the chance to work on a range of matters in a supportive environment.
You'll experience a wide scope of work, from buying and selling agricultural and sporting estates and facilitating land sales for development, to helping with landlord/tenant issues related to agricultural, commercial and residential property.You'll also be involved in a variety of green energy projects.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum to have completed your law degree (2:1 or higher) or other equivalent legal qualification.
We would be particularly interested to hear from candidates with real estate experience.
