Location: London (Zone 1)
Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week), flexible / hybrid. Full-time role considered for the right candidate
Salary: £30k-£40k (Pro Rata for part-time) + Package
About Us:Our client is a boutique financial firm offering Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Corporate Advisory services. They provide tailored solutions to support their clients' wealth growth and financial planning needs.
The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administration Specialist with experience coordinating with Authorised Corporate Directors (ACDs). You will manage ACD relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee fund administration processes.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Strong experience in fund administration or investment operations, ideally within asset management or financial services.
- Proven track record in managing third-party relationships, particularly with ACDs.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (IMC, CFA, etc.) are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of UK regulations related to fund administration.
