They are now seeking a Legal Secretary to join them on a fixed term contact basis.

Job Description
  • Provide efficient and accurate administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence as required.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and client queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update client files and records with attention to detail.
  • Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within professional services.
  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team members.
