Job Description
Working with 3rd party suppliers you'll ensure that the technical requirements of the business are clearly communicated to ensure that all delivered products meet the agreed specifications. You'll also manage a small team of support analysts ensuring that incidents are properly investigated and solutions are automated where appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
This is a varied hands on technical and people management role ideally suited to someone with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar IT Application Manager role
- Demonstrable experience of 3rd party vendor management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders to create application roadmaps
- Knowledge of incident management, service / supplier management and ITIL
- Experience of system implementation / enhancements and change management
- Ability to ensure all applications adhere to strict security policies
- Access & user entitlement management
