Role Pupose

As a Senior or Specialist Social Worker, you will provide support, counseling, and guidance to clients, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes. Your experience and expertise in court-related cases will be vital in navigating legal processes and advocating for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals involved in court cases.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to clients involved in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal professionals, probation officers, and other stakeholders to ensure cases progress smoothly.
• Advocate for clients' best interests in court, providing necessary documentation and testimonials.
• Conduct home visits and interviews to gather relevant information and assess the safety and suitability of living environments.
• Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions to address areas such as substance abuse, trauma, and anger management.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and support services.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• A valid license as a Social Worker in the state.
• Proven experience working with individuals involved in court cases.
• Knowledge of court processes and legal procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in social work.
