Job Title: Year 2 Teacher - Ormskirk - Part-Time

Salary:
£140 - £190 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Year 2 students
- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Specialist training in literacy or numeracy
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with young children in a classroom setting. The teacher will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders. The working hours may vary and include some evenings and weekends for school events or meetings.
