Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal role:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
• Organise and maintain case files, both paper and electronic.
• Assist in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and correspondence.

• Knowledge of family or conveyancing law.
• Familiarity with legal software and document management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
