Job Brief

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Content Specialist to support our marketing activities and create compelling content that enhances new product launches and ongoing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for taking professional product photos, producing and editing videos, writing engaging copy, crafting newsletters, and exploring innovative ways to effectively promote our products.

You should be capable of managing your own time effectively, organising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. With strong performance and initiative, there is potential to step up into a Marketing Team Lead or Marketing Manager role in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate your tasks efficiently, managing personal workload to meet deadlines.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including photography and video production/editing, for product pages and social media platforms.
  • Write compelling copy for newsletters, product launches, advertisements, and social media.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies suited to the adult product industry, exploring creative avenues to effectively reach and engage audiences.
  • Analyse current marketing effectiveness, produce insightful reports, and develop strategic plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are planned, organised, and executed on schedule, improving overall team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience or interest in photography, video production/editing, and content writing.
  • Ability to produce visually appealing content and engaging written copy.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Creative mindset, able to generate fresh ideas in a niche market.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and propose improvements.
Preferred (but not required)
  • Drawing or illustrative skills, especially in a furry style.
  • Prior marketing experience or relevant qualification.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
