We're recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a leading professional organisation on a 3-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support for projects, meetings, and events.
- Coordinating diaries, travel, accommodation, and expenses.
- Preparing meeting agendas, papers, and taking minutes.
- Supporting project reporting, documentation, and budget administration.
- Liaising with internal teams, members, and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Experience supporting projects, programmes, or senior stakeholders is desirable.
- Hybrid working from a central London location. (0% home 40% hybrid)
