Temporary Administrator

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 3 Months Temporary

Hours: 35 hours per week

We're recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a leading professional organisation on a 3-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support for projects, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinating diaries, travel, accommodation, and expenses.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, papers, and taking minutes.
  • Supporting project reporting, documentation, and budget administration.
  • Liaising with internal teams, members, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
About You
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Experience supporting projects, programmes, or senior stakeholders is desirable.
