Solution Architect - Workforce Management, Digital Delivery

My client is a large, instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a very high calibre Solution Architect with proven experience of Workforce Management and digital delivery, ideally with working knowledge of virtual waiting rooms.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as solution architect
• Demonstrable experience of working on Workforce Management type requirements
• Digital delivery experience
• Ability to prepare technical plans and create patterns, designs and roadmaps (LLD, HLD).
• Ability to provide technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration
• Being able to ensure key relevant technical strategies, polices and standards are applied correctly
• Ability to provide specialist advice, systems design and feasibility assessments
• Analysis of “AS IS” and “TO BE”
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Digital delivery focus on virtual waiting rooms
• Experience of working in an environment with inbound calling capabilities
• Exposure to working with geographically dispersed teams
• Immediate availability
