Rehabilitation Assistant

Your role will include assisting patients to regain as much functional independence as possible through working on a patient rehabilitation goal approach. The post holder will be able to use skills to carry out simple assessments, follow care plans and prescribe routine equipment within the scope of the job and to a level of assessed competence.
Part of this post involves working, without direct supervision at times but under the professional guidance of occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Please see job description attached for full details.
