Passive Fire Project Co-Ordinator – Croydon - £35,000

My Client Is A Well-Established And Reputable passive fire Service Provider Who Covers London And The Home Counties. They are now seeking a projects co-ordinator to join their team.

Salary And Package:

• £30,000 - £35,000
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
• 23 Days Plus Bank Holidays
• Onsite parking

Duties:

• Fire door installation project management
• Liaising with customers, project managers and suppliers
• Scheduling installation dates
• Administrating job reports
• Working closely with all members of the operations team
• Working closely with the account managers to provide a high level of customer service to all accounts
• To provide cover to colleagues in the operations department when the need arises

Person Specification:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
• Strong oral and written communications skills – excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to be a team player, with the ability to work flexibly across different work areas
• Great problem-solving skills
• Sales Force CRM knowledge a bonus

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working as a coordinator within the construction industry
