HR Coordinator

We are looking an experienced and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in supporting senior leaders with the full recruitment cycle, from developing job descriptions and managing interviews to ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Working closely with payroll, you will ensure accurate payments, manage HR records, and oversee pre-employment checks. Your expertise in absence management, employee relations, and statutory policies will help foster a positive and compliant work environment.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide essential support on capability investigations, disciplinary matters, and talent management while maintaining the Single Central Record in line with ISI guidelines. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a high-quality HR service in an educational setting, we would love to hear from you.

Start Date: May 2025
Disclosure Level: Enhanced
Reporting to: Head of HR

Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity cover up to a maximum of 1 year)

Hours: 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday; 09:00 to 17:00 (some flexibility will be required)

Salary: £23,993 to £25,600 per annum (FTE £30,000 to £32,000)
