Mount House School is a small, co-educational independent day school for students aged 11 – 18 years located on a stunning rural site on Camlet Way in the London Borough of Barnet. With 250 students currently on roll, the School has ambitious plans and investment to grow to 350 in the coming years.Small class sizes and modern teaching methods supported by outstanding pastoral care combine to ensure each student achieves their best, whilst a broad and varied co-curricular programme equips them with the skills needed to thrive in adult life.

This is a key role with leadership responsibility for Marketing, Admissions and Communications aspects of the School. Experience of Marketing and Admissions within the Education sector is highly desirable, but is not essential.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to take responsibility for the full admissions process, from handling enquiries from prospective parents to managing student enrolment. The role also includes leading the school’s marketing efforts and supporting the development and promotion of the school brand.A key objective of the role is to increase the number of applications and acceptances, while providing outstanding customer service to both current and prospective parents and their children.
This dual focus role requires exceptional organisational skills and first class interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will have warmth and confidence and be genuinely able to connect with people. We are looking for a natural relationship builder who can build trust and rapport on a daily basis.The ability to make our parents feel valued and understood is vital, alongside sector knowledge which enables the candidate to empathise with the parental experience. Being able to fully integrate into school life is a vital aspect of the role, from taking prospective parents into a lesson to highlighting admissions priorities in a staff meeting.
A strategic thinker who looks at tactical ways to increase enquiries, convert families whilst being prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved would be ideal.

A competitive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with the seniority of the role and the experience of the successful candidate.
