We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a high touch Recruitment team! This role will be based on-site in Chester, supporting all lines of business in the France region.

The Coordinator will be supporting a team of recruiters in the execution of professional hiring activity from Analysts through to MD hiring. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team with a focus on ensuring an efficient, compliant and quality recruitment process for both managers, candidates and internal HR stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to build their career as in-house Recruitment Professional with the chance to gain great exposure to the role of a Recruiter.

Things you will do:

  • Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, contract generation and pre-employment screening
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on, or completing, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (ie pes vendor) and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

What you need to have to be successful:

Must haves
  • Experience of working as an administrator
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, the recruitment process
  • Fluency in French
  • Previous experience working in a client/customer service facing role
  • Multi-tasking and organizations skills
  • Pro-active approach

Nice Haves:

  • Financial services or professional services sector experience
  • Experience of working as a Recruitment Administrator
