Duty Manager - Sport and Lettings
We are a vibrant and inclusive educational institution dedicated to providing a safe and inspiring environment for pupils to learn and grow. To support our mission, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager – Sport and Lettings to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Recreation Centre, including the swimming pool, gym, sports hall, and associated lettings.
This role is central to ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming for pupils, staff, and the wider community. The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising and managing the facilities during allocated shifts, ensuring all areas are appropriately set up, operational, and compliant with school policies.They will play a key role in upholding safeguarding and health and safety standards, maintaining operational procedures, and delivering a high level of customer service to all users.
