Silver Sea - Shift Manager
The Company
Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

- We currently have four fish and chip locations and one warehouse, all located over Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. We are planning to keep expanding and growing the company prioritising building and further developing our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about progression and who can help grow the business.
- Maintaining the company reputation for excellent food and service.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food to the correct high standards.
- Directly managing portion control and use of ingredients to minimise waste.
- Ensuring all Food Safety and Health and Safety Standards are met and in line with the law and company policy.
- Professionally managing a team.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote the highest food hygiene standards.
