Motor Vehicle Technician

• Salary: Basic £30-38K DOE + Bonus (OTE £38-48K, bonus is uncapped)

This role involves accurately and efficiently undertaking the repair and servicing of customer vehicles, detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct thorough maintenance and repair of customer vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
• Complete jobs within specified timeframes and to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Stay updated with technical vehicle developments and attend manufacturer training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical background with qualified technician status (manufacturer-specific training will be provided).
• Strong administration skills and customer-facing aptitude.
• Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
