• Develop maintain and monitor detailed project schedules for civil infrastructure works
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Identify potential risks to project delivery and provide solutions to mitigate delays
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders including key milestones and performance metrics
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking of project costs to ensure optimal use of time and budget
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project phases
• Working closely with the commercial manager overseeing 25 - 35 smaller projects and 10Major works
• Use of Primavera P6 Microsoft Projects

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the civil infrastructure sector
• Strong knowledge of project management software (e g Primavera P6 MS Project)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction processes timelines and risk management

• 5 Years using Primavera P6 or ASTA
• Career Motivated and wanting a long term development role
• Knowledge of Civils Rail Heavy Engineering
• Strong negotiation skills with internal and external teams
• Proactive individual who can work multiple jobs of different scales
