• Work in a team of engineers in maintaining and improving plant machinery
• Manage engineering projects from concept to completion
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Optimise machinery performance to increase plant efficiency
• Train and develop team members
• Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies
• Monitor and control maintenance costs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery and processes
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience managing engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to machine optimisation

• A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Shifts 0600 - 1500
