You will be responsible for inspiring and supporting our dedicated teams to deliver outstanding care services to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities. π§ π¬

Requirements:
π Previous experience as a Senior Support Workerπ Full, clean driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
- π«Ά Provide the highest standards of care and support in all aspects of daily life.
- π₯ Lead and inspire the team to ensure services are Well-led, Safe, Caring, Effective, and Responsive.
- π Support individuals to be active members of their communities, and help them access education, work, and leisure opportunities.
- π Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (both electronic and paper-based).
- π Complete, review, and update person-centred risk assessments.
- π‘οΈ Promote health, safety, and well-being while encouraging positive risk-taking.
- π€ Deliver Person-Centred Active Support practices.
- 𧩠Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care.
Must-Haves:
βοΈ Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a care or support roleβοΈ Strong IT skills (Word, email)
βοΈ Experience supervising staff and managing records
βοΈ Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care
βοΈ Passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives
