Job Description- Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies to meet organisational objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast future hiring needs.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Manage talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement new sourcing methods.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Recruitment Business Partner should have:
- A university degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner in a Head office environment.
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player mindset with the ability to also work independently.
- A competitive salary range from £65,500 to £71,500.
