Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with students, parents, and educators to optimize educational outcomes through psychological insights and interventions.As an Educational Psychologist, you will conduct assessments to identify learning difficulties, emotional concerns, and behavioral issues that affect student performance. With a focus on collaboration, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Your expertise will guide our approach to intervention strategies, fostering a supportive environment conducive to learning and growth. Additionally, you will be pivotal in training staff and providing resources that enhance their understanding of student mental health and developmental needs.

ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychological assessments to determine students' needs.
Collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective IEPs.
Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions for students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Consult with parents to offer guidance and support for their children's educational experiences.
Deliver training sessions to teachers on best practices related to student mental health and learning.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of students receiving support services.
Research and apply evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student profiles.
RequirementsDoctoral degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
Current licensure or certification as a psychologist.
Demonstrated experience working in educational settings.
Strong understanding of child development and learning processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
Hours Per Week: 21.60
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:30
Pay Rate: £395.41
Location: North London, London
