This role offers clear progression pathways from Support Worker into Managerial roles.
Please note, this role will include working weekends, sleep overs, morning and evenings so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities of the Therapeutic Residential Worker:
Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children’s social care – desirable as full training givenEnsuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
