What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Lindow Community Primary School are seeking to employ a dedicated and skilled Administration Assistant (19 hours – Grade 4) to join our supportive team.The role will primarily involve general administration tasks, processing invoices, reception cover, updating and maintaining school records on SIMs using related online systems.Act as the first point of contact for parents/carer, staff, and visitors. Handle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries in a professional, welcoming manner.

- Enthusiasm and skill to meet the challenges of working in a busy office
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- A warm, approachable personality with a good sense of humour and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, both with children and adults
