Role Highlights:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children or young people, particularly in an SEN setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A relevant qualification or willingness to undertake training in SEN support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
