Junior Compliance Officer – Payments/FCA/Consumer Duty/AML

Employment Type: Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday

The Role:

You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive mentorship to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of regulatory requirements, including payments and AML.
• Support day-to-day compliance activities and participate in various projects.
• Help maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of a risk-based compliance monitoring plan.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in communicating their impact to the business.
• Participate in compliance training sessions and help prepare regulatory reports.
• Support the broader risk management framework.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of FCA regulations and AML is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
