Senior Project Manager - Clinical Data Sharing
Background The Clinical Data Sharing area works across the health and care sector to build, run and maintain digital products and services to better inform clinical decisions, improve health outcomes and enable interoperability. This role is an essential part of the Clinical Data Sharing team, taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and work management, ensuring relevant process are in place and are effective in the efficient running of the team and raising any risks and issues associated.
Duties Manage and report upon financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, etc. Own and manage the progression of Business Cases Own and manage project risks and progress on mitigating these risks Own and track Programme Benefits Track various programme and portfolio performance KPIs Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders Forecast capacity vs.demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources Facilitate SLT / Portfolio meetings and organise all team events Contribute to improving ways of working within the team Ensure documentation is maintained and updated to ensure this is accurate at all times Accountabilities and Responsibilities Accountable for the timely reporting of financial and project information.
