Property Inventory / viewings clerk (part time)

Overview*

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for property and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prepare inventory reports & interim property reports using Inventory base.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively to potential buyers or renters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring best interests are represented.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the industry, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors.
• Stay updated on local market conditions and trends to provide clients with accurate information.

• Property inventory experience of atleast 1 years preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency in communication is essential; multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
• Estate Agency training provided.
