Property Checkout Clerk - Part-Time

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading client in their industry on their search for a Part-Time Property Checkout Clerk to start immediately.

This is a great role for someone looking for Part-Time work who would like to join a great team.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day:

• Conducting detailed inspections of a rental property at the end of a tenancy.
• Recording the condition of the property, noting any damage or wear and tear, and comparing it to the initial check-in inventory to ensure the property is returned in a satisfactory state.
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

We would love to see:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Previous Property experience is desirable but not essential (Training can be provided)

Working Hours - 3 days a week, 27 hrs a week.
