- Level 3 Qualification: In Early Years Education or above.
- Proven Experience: A solid background in childcare, with experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills: To manage the room and support staff and parents efficiently.
- Understanding of Child Development: A deep commitment to supporting and fostering children’s growth and learning.
