What skills and experience we're looking for
We need a Teaching Assistant who is:
- Enthusiastic about working with children.
- Committed to the highest standards of teaching, learning and pupil achievement.
- Creative/able to use own initiative.
- Committed to high expectations of pupil behaviour.
- First aid trained or willing to undertake the qualification.
- Highly motivated.
- Well organised yet adaptable.
- A knowledge of Read Write Inc phonics would be beneficial

We are currently looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to Shepeau Stow Primary School; we require a Teaching Assistant who is secure within the KS1/KS2 curriculum as the post will predominately be within a mixed aged Year 2/3 class.
