Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our dedicated preschool team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners.

• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences for preschool children
• Observe and assess children's development and progress, adapting curriculum and teaching methods accordingly
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Work collaboratively with parents and families to support children's learning and well-being
• Ensure compliance with all relevant early years education and childcare regulations
• Contribute to the overall management of the preschool, including staff meetings, training, and quality assurance activities

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience working in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: £25,282.40-£27,625.00 per year

Experience:

Childcare: 2 years (preferred)

• DBS on the update service (preferred)
• Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent (preferred)
