The role...
This is a busy and varied role providing full support with both analysis and administration support for the large sales team. Some of the key daily duties will involve:
- Maintaining and updating pricing/cost information within the internal systems
- Assist with reporting on pricing, contract status and sales reporting as required by the team
- Research pricing discrepancies and requests for price adjustments, process corrections or changes inline with department procedures.
- Prepare and review new accounts to ensure recorded correctly.
- Assist with the preparation of Tenders and preparation paperwork
- Arranging submissions of samples to potential clients
- Daily liaising with various departments including buying and warehouse teams
- Notify teams of low stock
- Working through tariff changes ensuring all prices are changed accurately
- Maintain all spreadsheets and updating SAP systems
- Generating reports for both the sales & marketing teams
- Producing PO numbers
- Assist with general administration as required by the team
What we are looking for?
The job requires someone with experience as a Sales Administrator or similar kind or role. The right person for this job would have the following skills and experience:
- Experience as a Sales Administrator/ Co-ordinator
- Strong organisation skills, ability to manage various tasks and work using their own initatiive
- Proactive approach and comfortable working in a fast paced environment to meet the needs of the team
- High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail when updating systems, producing reports and maintaining spreadsheets
- Will need to be computer literate with proven experience of using MS Excel and ideally SAP
- Ability to work for within specific deadlines whilst still maintaining compliant with company policies and procedures
