Opportunity

Pinewood recently re-branded to Pinewood.AI and is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12 month FTC. As a key member of the marketing department, you will lead and manage a team of marketeers, overseeing our brand's presence across various channels, and ensuring consistent and impactful marketing campaigns are delivered.

What to Expect

As a Marketing Manager at Pinewood.AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy and helping us drive domestic and future global growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for Pinewood.AI’s products and services.
  • Manage Pinewood.AI’s social channels, working closely with the Creative Content Manager to bring Pinewood’s online presence to life and encourage engagement from our audience.
  • Help Pinewood understand the current automotive market trends, using these to plan future campaigns to create value for our Product and Sales teams.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all internal and external platforms.
  • Ensure that all of Pinewood’s marketing efforts are tracked, analysed and reported to senior leadership to improve business performance and ensure our marketing strategy is effective.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Recruitment as well as our International teams to build strong relationships and explore new ways to support our ambitious growth goal.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure sales processes, tools, messaging and marketing assets are in place to support the sales team.
  • Help plan, organise and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal events.
  • Lead and manage the Creative Content Manager and Communications Executive, conducting regular one-on-ones, performance reviews and ensuring the their work is feeding into the wider marketing strategy.
  • Ensuring that all internal teams have the marketing materials needed to go to market effectively. Working closely with all parties to storyboard and ideate what’s needed to execute our various internal team needs.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure that the work delivered meets the requirements of Pinewood.AI and the marketing strategy.
  • Ensure Pinewood.AI’s partnerships are delivering return on investment and enabling us to grow our awareness and reach.

Requirements

We’re looking for people with:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the technology or automotive sector. But if a new sector excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience with social media management, supporting internal teams and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
