This position is set in a beautiful location just outside Guildford, this role allows you to enjoy both a rewarding career and picturesque surroundings in a social care role as a Support Worker
Role Overview: You will work in shifts (morning/evening/weekend) as a member of a dedicated team, providing respite care for children and young people. Your role will involve engaging in playful and enriching activities such as reading, dancing, painting, and more, all while supporting vulnerable children and giving their families a well-deserved break to relax and recuperate.
Shift Patterns:
- Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 2:15 PM
- Late Shift: 1:45 PM - 9:00 PM
- Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Shifts operate on a 3-week rotation, allowing for time off during the Christmas period and major holidays, synchronised with house closure times.
