My client is a UK’s number one Prestige Accident Repair Centre, approved by the World’s leading manufacturers such as Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin.The right candidate will have the expertise, diligence and attention-to-detail required for working with the finest cars in the world. Careful execution of work, tidiness and experience with the latest diagnostic tools and technical information systems are all key attributes of the ideal candidate.
M.E.T Technician will be able to accurately strip and refit vehicles, diagnose issues and clearly communicate them to colleagues. Support, advice, and regular training activities to develop candidates to the highest level possible.
The type of person we are looking for.
You will have previous experience as a technician working in a main dealership or accident repair centre for premium vehicle brands.You will be able to take ownership of your role, with diligence and an ability to multitask.
You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business.
You will be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands my client works with.
You will be confident and proficient to operate Computer platforms and systems.
Your role
You will be welcomed into an established team, and you will work with exciting products. A large part of the M.E.T Technician position involves:
Preparing vehicles to a high standard.Completing mechanical, electrical, and trim strip and refit work
Developing EV awareness and compliance
Advising the Bodyshop Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process.
Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines.
Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
The successful candidate for our M.E.T Technician vacancy will have proven experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. Previous accident repair experience and or an ATA qualification would be an advantage, but full training and development will be provided to the right candidate.
