Description
The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of complex digital customer transformations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of software and automation development.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformations from discovery, mobilisation, and delivery through to live, ensuring the highest quality standards ensuring they meet customer expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Engage with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with product managers to align delivery with product roadmaps, strategic goals and go to market strategies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Focus on delivering MVPs and iterating based on customer feedback to achieve desired outcomes
- Carry out sprint retrospectives Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular status updates, issues and outcomes to senior management, customers and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve digital delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage the budget and resource planning for digital projects.
- Deliver quality through best practices and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Proven experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, with extensive experience delivering complex customer solutions and products.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and AI technologies.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks
- Experience with PBI ticketing/management software, such as DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of all levels internally and externally and present information in a way that promotes full comprehension.
- Excellent Time management skills with the ability to work on and complete multiple projects at a time.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in the MSP industry and product development desirable.
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, Prince 2 or other relevant certifications.
- Experience delivering digital projects in regulated industries, such as Insurance or Government.
