Your new companyOur client is a manufacturer with partnerships across the globe. They are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to start immediately on a 3-month temporary contract with the idea to go permanent.
Your new roleAs the Accounts Assistant you will support the Finance Manager alongside;- Purchase Ledger including supplier account setup
- Sales Ledger including daily invoicing / credit note processing
- Daily banking
- Processing of employee expense claims
- Company credit card reconciliation
- Previous experience as a accounts assistant
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Sage (Essential)
- Ability to work independent and in team environment
- Strong excel skills
